SHIPPING POLICY

All Alexandra's Collection items are shipped in our custom cardboard packaging!

 

Alexandra's Collection is proud to work with FedEx for all of our shipping needs! You should receive a FedEx tracking number within 72 hours of purchase. If you do not receive a tracking number within that time frame, please contact us at sales@slsdesign.vegas for an update on your order! 

Customers assume the base shipping fee of $47.99 on all orders over $200.00

Any orders under $200.00 will run a base shipping fee of $27.99

THESE PRICES ARE FOR UNITED STATES BASED RESIDENCES. ALL RESIDENCES OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEE'S. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Full refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, all stands are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable beyond the first 24 hours of purchase.

Once the packages have shipped, Alexandra's Collection is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged items. Any damages transpired during shipping are at the discretion of Alexandra's Collections to assume.
